I woke up about half 7 as everyone was getting ready for school and work, so I got up and had breakfast.
My whole body is aching so much from the weekend, I think hanging off the rope swing and doing so much swimming was too much unusual exercise for my muscles to take. Either that or I am getting old at nearly 20 haha!
After breakfast I wrote my blog from the weekend which seemed to take ages, then started sorting out my car. First I took everything out, and took a photo of it all together so I can advertise it with the car. Then I set about cleaning the car, which took hours. As expected there was soooo much sand in every small gap possible, so the Hoover was pretty heavy by the time I finished.
The funniest bit was when I lifted up the folded down back seats, for the first time since I started my roadie; under the cloth lining there was an ants nest, complete with eggs and everything! I had seen the odd ant every now and again over the last couple of weeks and wondered where they were getting in, but obviously they were just as at home as me!
After that I wiped down all the surfaces to get rid of the dust and sand stuck all over there too.
After lunch I eventually got round to washing the outside, which was much easier than I expected. As there are no muddy puddles or anything it's just a case of washing off the dust which didn't take long.
When I was finished I drove the car into the paddock and took a whole lot of photos, so I can advertise it online.
Not long after I had finished Fenella and the kids got home from work/school. I put the car photos on the PC, then took all the photos from my camera and Fenella's cameras on DropBox so they can be sent home.
I started writing up a draft of the advertisement I will put on the Internet for the car, but after a while I got distracted. I ended up just playing in the pool with Digs and Fenella.
When I got out the pool later on I wrote some more of the car advertisement up until dinner. Once we had eaten and tidied up we all watched the end of the cricket series on the TV, then went to bed knakered.
