Day 38 Fruit Picking -
Thank goodness it's Friday, everyone was ready for the weekend even more than usual for some reason. It was another scorcher today too, I didn't even have to put my warm coat on this morning at all...winter is coming to an end! By 11am it was roasting, but everyone was in really good spirits and we all had a joke and a laugh, so the day went pretty quickly. We finished packing about 2:30pm, but I just helped out in the shed packing until 3pm, so we could all go home.
Today was Diggors birthday, so when I got back I had a shower and looked all the stuff he got. He got a 2nd x-box controller, so now we can play FIFA against one another, and a soccer goal, so we played football in the paddock.
We ha Domino's take away for dinner as a treat, and then watched a film called 'Hunger Games' based on the 1st in the series of 3 books. I didnt think I would be bothered by it, but it was actually a really good film and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
After that we watched 'farmer wants a wife', about Aussies farmers in the middle of nowhere who never meet women, go on a dating show. It sounds crappy but it is absolutely hilarious!
I ended up going to bed about 11pm, after reading about Robin Van Persie singing for Manchester United!! I definitely didn't see that coming, but am excited to see his form this season!
