So last night I got up in the middle of the night, got fully dressed for work and started making breakfast, looked at the clock and it was 1am.. I was completely spaced out and had no idea what was going on. Not sure what is up with me at the moment but I'm pretty sick of it. I then woke up 2/3 more times before my work alarm at 6am..
Eventually I got to work, but already felt tired and generally crap from another nights bad sleep.
I worked till lunch as usual but it seemed rotting drag on forever as I wasn't feeling all that great. At lunch we were then told we had the arvo off, as there wasn't enough fruit on the remaining patches, and we would pick it all tomorrow. It's bad news for my pay and savings, but I must admit I was relived..
When I got home I ran the guy who is fixing my board hoping to collect it, but it may not be ready till Friday now as the lack of sun is stopping all the resin dry properly..despite not being up to using it, it's pretty annoying I cant get it back yet.
I decided I would go fishing at Ewen Maddock Dam, where we walked the dogs yesterday, so I could just sit and chill out. However before I made it down there I ended up sorting/finding heaps of mililanous fishing kit in the shed, which is pretty sweet. There are now 3 rods properly set up.
I eventually got to the dam about 4pm and fished until dark at 5:30pm. I didn't catch anything, but it didn't matter to me. It was just nice to chill out, and there was an amazing sunset to watch over the water..
When I got home I had a shower, then used the '10s machine' on my shoulder - it passes an electrical current though 2 pads placed either side of the damaged area, which results in better blood flow etc, and hopefully faster healing. I hope it works for me, and my shoulder is begging to give me more and more jip.
We then had dinner and afterwards I updated 2 days worth of offexploring and watched a nature programme on TV, before going to bed exhausted.
