Day 3 strawberry picking;
I was up at 6am as is becoming the routine for work. I drove to work for the first time which was good, didn't feel guilty for asking Mark to take me.
Today we spent the whole day weeding part of 1 of the patches - its such hard, backing breaking, work but you do get a sense of achievement realising how much easier your making your job in the long run..I.e. 3 months of picking! Fortunately it wasn't quite as hot today too, although I think I'm starting to get a farmers tan and I have only done 3 days!
I finished just after 3 so after hung around and chatted for a bit I was home by 3:40pm.
When I got back I sorted out - Bank stuff (the 'super account' which is like an involuntary pension fund an employer builds for you, that I can claim back when I leave Aus as a lump sum) / my tax forms stuff I had to fill out for Greg / and the salary paper work for Greg to pay into my new back account.
I then sorted out my latest photos and getting the ones from Fenellas camera from our Noosa trip. They are all being DropBoxed so parents can see them back home!
Having sorted all that lot we just had dinner, watched TV, I made my pack lunch and went to bed..
