Day 12 Fruit Picking -
Starting work at 7am was ok, until about 8:30am when the drizzle became heavy rain and got everyone soaked for about half an hour. The mud on the patches is getting more and more swamp like each day, making picking harder.
However the season really seems to be turning on, this arvo on a patch you normally get max 4 trays of fruit from we were getting 7-9 trays, so it's getting busier.
I got home from work about 3:30pm as usual, and was expecting to go and help Mark cover Cecily's football training. However it was off due to the weather, so I just had a shower sorted out stuff at home e.g. Moving furniture in the kitchen again
We had 'make your own dinner' as Cecily's teeth hurt so much with her new elastics on her train tracks she is on soup, and Fenella is due a root filling (having been to the Dentist today after 24 hours of very bad pain.).
After dinner we watched some Tv as usual and messed about a bit, then ended up going to bed about 9:30pm.
