Day 111: 22/12/12
So we all survived the apocalypse! Until the next one anyway!
In the morning, Kate- the girl in the house, was making pancakes. So she gave me some and we had a bit of a chat! The main gossip is that the guy that lives here has a girl staying for a few days. I haven't seen her as they've been in the room all the time! Interesting!
I went Christmas shopping today- just to get a few small bits and pieces for the lads. It was nice in the shopping centre as there was Christmas music playing in most shops. It was busy, but not crazy! I stayed extra long in David Jones, looking at books and decorations and things as they had the Michael Buble cd on!
I spent a while then wrapping the presents, which I always love doing!
I skyped home then and was talking to Mam and Dad. Good to hear that Nana is feeling a bit better. Hopefully she'll get stronger now. Everyone is busy getting set for the Christmas at home- shopping, cleaning chimneys for Santa, etc!
