Day 70: 11/11/12
10 weeks!! I'm longer in Australia now than I was in South America! I've been gone for 19 weeks altogether!
I had a few things to sort out today. First I'd to tidy the room. Then I booked flights to New Zealand. Then I got some food for the week. All the jobs done!!
I'm flying to New Zealand on the 3rd of Jamuary, doing the Stray bus tour from Auckland and flying back on the 28th of January. It should be good!!
I read for a while then. There were some cocoon looking type things in my room that I was keeping an eye on for the last two weeks but I decided to attack them today. They were kinda cementy. I got a dustpan and broke them off the wall into the dustpan. Definitely one of them had a spider in it. Others seemed to have nothing and some others had white things. I don't know what they are and I don't want to! There are still two things left there cos the ceilings are too high!
I went to Mikes house then and had the dinner and the tea and a catch up! Mike had been out with Shane and the hurling lads last night celebrating his birthday so he was telling me about the Craic they had! Nice of Shane to invite me to his birthday party!
