Day 49: 21/10/12
I woke around 6 this morning and didn't sleep a wink after that. I don't know why cos I was wrecked after two late nights! After twisting and turning for a few hours I just got up!
Mike brought me back to Shane's house then and stayed for a while. Shane had gone out. There were a few people over visiting the lads so they decided to have a barbecue. Mike somehow ended up cooking it! Then the lads were playing in the pool- attempting to play rugby which was hilarious! It's like a sun holiday in this house with the pool outside the door.
I didn't do much else for the evening- watched some tv. I checked my emails too and I had a response about a temporary au pair job that I had enquired about on Friday. It's with a travelling drama group and one of them obviously has a child that needs minding. It's only seven weeks work and they put you up and feed ya. You wouldn't have any expenses really but there's only a small allowance each week so you wouldn't really be earning anything. If I got some teaching I'd earn way more money, but there's no guarantee of that either! Decisions, decisions, decisions!
Tomorrow is a pupil free day at schools so I won't be getting a call in the morning anyway. I'm gonna sleep in and then think about jobs and houses!!
