Day 99: 10/12/12
I got no call this morning but it actually worked out okay. I went to the post office to collect the parcel Mam had given me. I had the slip of paper that was left by the postman and my passport as id but she damn near wouldn't give it to me as I had no proof of address. She gave in eventually but told me Id have to have proof of address next time! I won't have any!!
It started lashing rain then which is just what you want when you have a cardboard box. I rang a taxi to get home so it was grand! I had great fun pulling out lots of little parcels! I can't wait to see what's in them!!
I facebooked Tadgh to tell him I was off. He called over in the afternoon. Kate was here too so we sat and had tea and chatted for a while! We headed towards town then with the intention of seeing some sights but it started raining. So we went for food but the place we picked wasn't serving for two hours for some reason so we had a few drinks instead! We stayed a good while in the pub chatting, drinking and eating. I text Shane to join us when he was finished work but he wouldn't.
We came back to my house then and had more tea! The taytos and chocolate got an attack!! I was showing Tadgh the videos on my phone of the singsong back home and he misses the Craic! He wants a singsong over Chrismas so ye better get preparing!
We vibered Alva, Cliona and Padraig then for a catch up! Neither side had much news but we had good Craic chatting away for about an hour! Tadgh got a taxi out to Shane's then. If I don't get a call tomorrow ill see him before he goes.
