Day 71: 12/11/12
It seemed this morning like I wasn't going to get a call but I did at nearly half seven. I was almost about to ring the childcare place. Good job I hadn't! It was for the same school I had been in on fri- the one with the bold kids!! It was for year 6 again which I wasn't looking forward to, they ended up being okay the day I had them but I didn't really want another full day though!
When I got there though they had a different job in mind. They have a relief teacher that comes every Monday to relieve various teachers across the school for an hour or so. He took the year 6 and I did his job.
I had to spend an hour with year 2 first, the same class I had on Friday. That one kid that played up on Friday still wouldn't do any work really but he stayed in the room!
Then I was with year 1. They were fine. There was a dead girl in there and a woman doing sign language. She knew all the kids so that was grand. The teachers in both rooms had work left and they were knocking around anyway.
After break I had one of the year 6 classes. They don't like to work at all. The girls just talk all the time! The teacher had lots of group work left which didn't help. I coped for the hour and a half though!! Nothing major happened!
After lunch I had a year 3 class for just twenty minutes. I didn't do much with them, but they were good kids! The whole school went to 'parade' then which was assembly. They had awards and stuff to give out. Also though, for Movember, seven boys got their heads shaved!! The kids were all very excited about this! They were mostly year 7 boys but some younger aswell!! There were hairdressers on the stage shaving them and everything! Some of them had lovely long bieber hairstyles and it was all gone!!
I got the bus into the city ater school as it was the first one that come. Then got another bus out to the house. I watched some tv and read for a while. I'm really tired today for some reason!!
