Day 94: 5/12/12
I had a doss day today! I didn't get a call and I didn't ring the childcare work as I didn't feel great. I had a headache and just felt wrecked which I know was probably just dehydration. So I spent a lot of the day lying in bed and drinking water. I think I drank 5l today and I could still drink more! I still have a bit if a headache bug hopefully an early night will sort it!
The only thing I managed to do during the day was write a reference for myself! I asked the principal yesterday if she could give me a reference or statement of service or something. She told me to write my own reference abc she would type it up! So ill give it to her Friday when I'm back there.
By the evening I was fairly sick of being indoors so I went to the city for some dinner and I went to the cinema cos it's always lovely and cold in there! I saw Fun Size. It's harmless but good enough. When I got back I dossed around on the computer for a while.
My nose is bad aswell at the moment, which doesn't help the headache. I don't know if its the heat affecting it or what! It was about 33 degrees today.
Tomorrow I'm back with a class I had before where there was one boy running out of the room all day- that should be fun!
I forgot to say yesterday that I'd an ordeal getting to school in the morning. I was there in time to get the same bus I always get to that school. When it came it had its indicator on but I put out my hand to flag it down incase. I saw others doing the same. It slowed down but kept driving! I was raging! That was the last direct bus to get me to school on time. I had to turn on the Internet then and start looking up how else I could get there. There was another way where I had to get two buses and there was three minutes between them. Of course the first bus was four minutes late! I thought Id chance taking it anyway incase the second bus might be late too. I gave it about five minutes and no bus was coming. That would hdvd meant it was nearly ten minutes late which isn't normal so I decided to ring a taxi. I walked down the road a bit to a place where a taxi could pull in and I was just explaining on the phone to the taxi people where I was when the bus appeared. I had to hang up on the taxi guy and run back up the road to get it! Thankfully he saw me and waited! That was a great start to the morning!
