Day 24: 26/9/12
Had to get up at a respectable hour this morning to let in a guy to fix the oven. He didn't stay long so twas grand.
Sat back then to watch Homeland on the laptop while eating breakfast. Next thing I saw something moving on the ground. I had some visiting creatures. When I looked round properly I saw they were everywhere. They were coming from the bin and there was at least a hundred of them all around the floor. I spent ages going round killing them. Then I hoovered the place twice, then I mopped it with disinfectant, then I hoovered it again! I still found some after that!! I was freaked out and very itchy!!
Shane was coming over after work and I was going moving in with him as the room I'm staying in will be needed again soon. He has training the next two evenings and he's going to Perth then so I decided I'd be as well off to move in now this evening. He has a spare mattress which fits in his room so hes letting me have the bed (after he just finally got one of his own!!). I'll have to look for a place of my own when I come back from Tasmania anyway.
I decided to have a shower and change before heading over to Shanes house. He must have come at the same time I went into the shower and I never heard him knocking. He thought I was dead inside in the apartment or something!! Eventually I heard him and a big rush to get dressed and answer the door!
He brought me to his house and cooked the dinner. The lads came home after. We sat and watched telly for the evening.
