Day 106: 17/12/12
I was up bright and early to ring the childcare agency at half seven. They had no work but said they'd ring as soon as they'd get anything. So I sat around waiting for a while, but no luck! That day that I rang the agency and then got a teaching job and then the agency rang back must have been a pure fluke!
I dossed around on the Internet, listening to music and playing puzzles on the phone while I was waiting for a call. I did eventually get a call to work Wednesday and Thursday from 12:30 - 6:00. I'd prefer if I got some more hours but its better than nothing!
I spent a lot of the day listening to Michael Buble Christmas songs on YouTube- he really can pull them off! His Christmas album should be down my room- ye should put him on!!
I have been meaning to edit the blogs for ages so I did a bit today. I didn't ge as far a reading them and fixing all the typos but I moved all the September days that were in the old blog to this one, then I added lots of photos. I started to add photos to the South America one but it was just taking too long so I abandoned ship for today.
I watched the season 2 finale of homeland also- it was sort of disappointing- it was just building towards season 3 all the time.
By the way, my blog on my birthday about getting presents and going on the bus tour was the blog of the day on the off exploring homepage today. I don't know will it still be when ye read this. Of course it's the blog that talks about me being excited about getting underwear that's picked as the blog of the day for everyone to see!!
So the Internet got an awful lot of use today. At the moment I seem to still have money in it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it decides tomorrow that I overdid it! So if you don't see a blog, you'll know why! It should be grand for another while though.
