My lessons seemed to go quite well today.During the demonstration class in Jinan I had seen the teacher play a different game where the children are invited to come to the front of the class and allowed to touch the flashcard once they have said the word correctly.The teacher moved the card very slightly a few times so the kids had to twist and jump to try to hit it.I tried this with my kids and they loved it!I'm not sure the Chinese teachers in the class liked it though.The flashcards were getting a little battered in the process.But if that's what it takes to get these kids laughing, so be it!
