It was my first day at the Baby Genius Kindergarten.I got up early and went for breakfast at the school kitchen.I was supposed to meet Miss Wang to have training/induction but when I asked the girls at reception where she was they said she was sick and that I would have to get Jen to show me.I called Jen and told her we were both going to have to attend the classes today, but they didn't start until 9am so I went back home to wait for class to start.In the morning we went to two classes and in the afternoon we had two more classes.The school is so much nicer than Longshang and the children are lovely, they smile, wave, say "hello teacher" and they want to cuddle.Jen took the lessons and I sat and watched.There is a computer programme which means the teacher can put a poster on the board and use the 'magic pen' to push onto certain words or pictures and make the TV respond with a cartoon saying the word or singing a song.It is a good idea and for some reason the children copy what the cartoon character says without any prompting, even though sometimes to get them to copy the teacher is nearly impossible!
