First thing this morning was to run our foam latex. There's a ton of things to remember when mixing this stuff up, and have to take every little affecting factor into consideration, hence why I made plenty of notes. Once Cris and I had mixed up our batch and poured it into our moulds, they were stuck in the oven for the rest of the day. I think we're opening them up tomorrow, so fingers crossed for a decent outcome. The rest of the day was continuing practice of applying and colouring our other prosthetics.

Went to Amoeba Music after school. I keep forgetting just how big it is, and how much stuff they have. Picked up a few goodies I'd not heard yet. Also bought a pair of jeans from 'Ross: Dress for Less", so that I look a bit smart for tomorrow night.

I'm going to watch The Exorcist, and apparently some guy called d*** Smith (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0004615/) will be there? I dunno, could be good. Also some Rick Baker bloke (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000711/) is gonna be there too. It's all for some honorary award this d*** Smith fella got for his lifetime in makeup cinema or something. I've been told there'll be other make-up artists there too, so I should probably look less trampy.*

Popped into the Novel on my way home for tea (by this I mean dinner, not 'a cup of'), and a beer, before settling down to watch The Omen. Hadn't watched it in a while, and fancied going through some old-school horror films. I'm just waiting for all the Universal, Hammer and Amicus films to finish downloading. Could be a while yet.
