Felt a bit groggy today (again) but managed to get to school on time. We've got a new tutor this week called Wendy Ann, who'll be teaching us period make-up.

Today was pretty much more of the same as the first few weeks. And to make up for the lost school day yesterday, we would be staying until 5:30 instead of the usual 4 o'clock home time. Began with a demo of 18th Century make-up, then Jodie had her turn, lunch, I had my turn, another demonstration, this time on 1920's movie type makeup, ending with an hour-long application by Jodie of this style.

Popped into the Novel for a beverage and some dinner, and Vicki and Alexandra also turned up. It was fun to watch some Korean-American guy use his worst chat-up lines on Alex, which were unbelievably crap. Highly entertaining.

Spent the rest of the evening catching up on the blogs and watch Spaced… again. I'm gonna need to find something else to watch soon. I've already watched the Complete Alan Partridge twice… I just need to spread it out more I think.

I'm going to be keeping these school day blogs a lot shorter, as it's fairly repetitive and is probably quite dull to read.

Oh, also, it's been extremely hot, and the shops won't be selling coolers/fans any more for some bizarre reason. Apparently, they'll be stocking heaters from now on….?! In 103F heat…
