TO BE LIKE A CHILD!!
Mark 10:14-16 (NLT)
When Jesus saw what was happening, he was angry with his disciples. He said to them, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children. [15] I tell you the truth, anyone who doesn't receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it." [16] Then he took the children in his arms and placed his hands on their heads and blessed them.
What is the KOG (Kingdom of God). It is the power, the presence, the will and the glory of God manifesting on earth as it is in heaven; so, to receive the KOG is to enter into the fullness thereof like a child
It begs the question how would a child enter into the fullness and operation of the KOG?
Firstly:
Jesus welcomed the children and in fact said that the KOG belongs to such as these. He brought the children to Himself and he had an open door policy which welcomes them to come and enter; and as they did, He laid hands on them and blessed them. So for us, Jesus is waiting and encouraging us to come to Him to be in His arms so that He can bless and encourage us as we participate with Him in the KOG. In other words it is His desire that we operate and function with Him by bringing heaven to earth.
Secondly what does it mean to be 'like a child'?;
-To come without fear recognising that we are warmly welcomed and that Jesus' desire is to bless us;
-To come with faith and expectancy;
-To come open hearted with innocence and without preconceptions or expectations, except that He wants to bless and that He wants to see His Kingdom come through us.
This is how I need to come before Jesus if I want to see the KOG operate in my life (and to do so without striving- the children did not strive when they came to Him.)

Rob's Third Best Friend Does "being a child" also include chucking a tantrum when your Heavenly Dad doesn't deliver? I have been getting quite stroppy with Him lately, especially as I pray for YOU Rob.
