From Rob…
Today, being Wednesday, we went to the final day at Bethel School of supernatural ministry and attended year one seminar.
We heard a series of teachers including Khris Vallooton and also there was worship. Worship focuses as a number one priority in most everything ithe church does.
We are looking forward to learning to do the 'Treasure Hunts' ( more about these in a later blog) but probably won't get to start on these until next week. This coming weekend will be graduation for the students and therefore normal services will be changed. We may well go to another church. We were thinking about visiting Weavervolle and probably go to church there on Sunday.
Carole has been doing the driving ( for obvious reasons) and I find this personally quite difficult (not necessarily because her driving is bad) but more so because it just highlights the fact that my life post stroke has altered so radically and what I used to do as being part of my 'role' in our marriage is now her responsibility. I find this very challenging and this is one of the many reasons why I can't wait to see God release me with healing.
We plan to spend Thursday and Friday as a quieter time and we'll try to get time alone with God as up until this point, we had been so frantically busy that we have not spent a lot of quiet time .
Again thanks for reading this blog and I hope that has been rewarding for you as much as it is rewarding for me to write it. Bless you friends
Rob.
From Carole…
He is so good
Loving the place where we're staying which Jesus found for us.
So glad we are on water.!
This is a long message but I am home so I don't have to rush.
I do miss everyone especially the children and that will increase I know. Goodness it's only been 1 week.
I will be watching them grow up on video.
Pls do pray for us every day for driving. I am fine on the freeway but it's the traffic and shops I get so nervy. The Lord is protecting me and stretching me practically.
Rob is amazing to keep going with this stroke even when he is tired. He gets a bit sad when he knows how much I don't want to drive cause he can't do it. (just now)
A wee bird flew in thro the door and hit a window in our bedroom. Knocked itself out and Rob picked it up and took it outside and off it flew. Not one little bird falls to the ground without your Father knowing about it.
If this is too long just read a bit every few hrs. Hahaha!
Bethel church is all about rival and bringing the Kingdom of God to earth as it is in heaven. You would be amazed at how many young people just want to be sent on mission to save the lost bringing hope light and especially love to people all over the world! They are like a trained army, armed with intimacy and passion to serve the King of kings taking back turf that belongs to Him from the kingdom of darkness. The focus is Jesus his word and His voice and hosting His presence, moving in the power of the gospel including signs and wonders. Worship is before everything. Hunger in the hearts given over to Him draws Him. Humility and honor is strong here.
They are a sending church releasing people into the knowledge of who they are in Christ (identity) and they teach on the Fathers love. Purity is up there with humility. I feel like I am in a revival heart, a fire that quickens me to pray, like I never prayed before. They don't dwell on the enemy and in dwelling on our gr8 God he (the enemy) looses his power over us and we grow stronger.
Trials do happen but Rom 8vs 28 TOGETHER with Jesus he turns it around to good.!! Always the focus is on the 'Good Shepherd'. I have probably raved a bit but I just want you to know this is real and Jesus is coming to the Hawkesbury and the nation of Australia and we will be amazed at his GLORY covering the earth. I am spiritually hungry for more. Jesus keeps telling me have another drink. He is the living water flowing thro my life.
I love you all our precious Jesus family
Praying for revival fires in the Hawkesbury !And Australia
God bless!
Carole
