Today was a much quieter day as we spent our last day in Edinburgh. The sun shone for the most part but just as we hit the city after lunch the heavens opened. Since then it has been rain or drizzle on and off. We are SO pleased that we went to the Tattoo last night. The Fringe Festival is still in full swing and even though it was wet it didn't seem to prevent everyone enjoying themselves. Edinburgh is turning it on including the weather at the moment! Another fine sunny day and so after catching up with the washing we caught the bus into the city and got in amongst the huge crowds enjoying the Fringe Festival. Street theatre was everywhere with big crowds for some and just a few for others.
