Optimism betrays all . . .
Early morn run watching the sun rise, beautiful, first run since being ill, so refreshing I sweat more during the day than I do running.
It's so hot , followed running caked in sweat with yoga, where a Chinese guy watched (I was in the little courtyard of temple view hotel where I'm staying) and I was doing the headstand into scorpion without the safe guard of a wall and of course due to being eaten by flies and ants I flinched and crashed my head down onto concrete, I now support this bruise, but like you do I pretended this did not affect me in the slightest and went into childs pose, debating if I was bleeding or not, I shortly wrapped up the yoga sesh.
Walked round the temple where I somehow wandered into the paying bit for free until someone noticed, so I continued with the ruins out the back, where I went for a pee and a poo just naturally followed there was nothing I could do, you know the kind, they sneak out! these ruins were better anyway and somehow managed to get onto the fort/temple guard wall and found a cubby hole where I sat reading for a while, and got to see everything, as I could get past all the barbed wire as they don't put it up as high as the wall. So it was so peaceful and pleasant, I was waiting to be shot by a guard at some point for trespassing..
Tea with Aggie later on in a/c I need it can't cope in this heat, the grass is always greener, when it's peeing down and cold I want heat, when its unbearable hot I want rain, or even a beach will do!
After Aggie I went to kip for a good few hours I felt horrendous, think I had heat stroke. My head was hurting, I felt sick, weak and my eyes were burning, but my eyes were sore last night. Too much wandering in the sun with no shelter.
Early night, was akip by 8 I wasn't feeling too grand still. xx
