an addiction to chess . . .
I beat Darren at chess in my dinner break, in fact I kicked his arse at it, I was so pleased, these meditation/relaxing sessions are letting me focus and improve my chess moves.
I was feeling rather ill and decided to fast, living on hot ginger and honey, that lasted 'til teatime as I wasn't allowed to do yoga with me not eating so I snoozed during class, and ended up bumping into Levan and I was a bit down, so I had a lovely chat with him, he made me feel so much better and I beat him at our power chess game.
I just felt today that, well a bit pity for being ill and frustrated at not doing the yoga. Also everyone has moved or got a place with a kitchen and I feel they have all been slightly brain washed to stay in when not at class just cooking their own food, nor have a social life, study and basically isolate themselves. I know each person has come to get something different out of the course but I'm the only one who is still going out socialising with or without beer and eating what I fancy yet still ill so I should probably rest, but I just can't. xx
