Magic fingers . . .
The day started with the lesson on how to nasal cleanse, eee. So the string you feed up your nostril where you are meant to grab and bring out through the mouth or the other nostril or whatever the possibilities are endless. But people were getting the strings down their throats, so I was saying with my expertise in this you need to pick the string out with your hand so people were wretching bent over slaver going everywhere, I mean it was a sight I was peeing myself laughing, as amy was turning her back to everyone covering her ears so she wasn't traumatised. My efforts were pathetic, I'm all blocked up so no string was going in my nose.
I met two guys who are travelling around on motorbikes at dinner time, so I ended up inviting them to the live traditional music Sivadas arranged at the studio. The drummer who we have for morning chant was just amazing with how quick his fingers moved on these drums accompanying a flutist (wrong terminology for a person who plays a flute). It was humorous, me and Mimi kept looking at each other the drummer kept ending but the flute kept going, and he kept going, and then when you thought it was over 'cause the drums had had 5 endings in the song, it kept going.
So a group of us went for tea, everyone had beers and I couldn't coz of my meds, sad times! xx
