Okay, I know I've been bad about updating. One, because I've been busy. Two, because I haven't done many interesting things. I've been trying to take it easy on the partying and going out this week. My body has been demanding rest, so I'm giving it rest. I've decided to stop going to the myth class. It's just so much reading and there's no way I can keep up. I wanted to take it to get a good start on my capstone paper, but it's a little frustrating when the professor is so discouraging to foreign students. At least I have a little better idea of what direction to go based on the reading assignments she gave us and what I've found on my own. I have other literature courses that will keep me busy. So now I'm down to 5 courses. I have another 4 day weekend this weekend. Monday is Labor Day for Germany and Dr. Tieg cancelled class on Friday. I'd like to go out of town this weekend. Paris or Rome would be nice but they're also a little expensive so last minute. I'm considering going to Dresden. It's not too far and train tickets are pretty cheap. Lohingrin is playing at the opera house there too on Friday and Sunday night. That would be pretty cool to see. Not sure if Beth would want to see it though cause it's 4 1/2 hours long. I'll have to ask her. That's all for now. I should get back to my reading for tomorrow. Later!
