We did our Christmas food shopping on Christmas Eve, no que's whatso ever infact we walked straight up to an empty checkout !!!

Christmas day we had a nice breakie then went out on the boat with some salmon rolls and a bottle of champaign. the dolphins were also out and the sky was a beautiful blue with not a cloud. came home and cooked the christmas dinner was lovely we didn' go o.t.t so didnt end up feeling stuffed. Then for prezzies - was really lovely this year, Finn being 4 was lovely to watch and totally understood all about waiting etc. he was so grateful as well, one of his pressies from mum and dad was a bike, he opened it and sat back down and said 'I just dont beleive it' he was so thrilled,

thankfully i had managed to get a lego cargo plane which was good seeing as that is all he asked Father Christmas for !!

New Years Eve unfortunately Rich had to work lates but Mum and Dad, Fraser, Finn and I went down to the foreshore about 9pm at night with a picnic of nibbles and wine ! fireworks went off at midnight - awesome even Rich managed to find us at midnight !!

I have now completed a year and 6 or 7 weeks on here updating the blog on a weekly basis and I hope it has been a bit of a laugh for some and good to see what we are up to - as of the start of 2009 I shall be updating the site on a monthly basis as apposed to weekly. do still keep in touch,
