Found a house, in the process of being built - it is a 2 storey canal house overlooking the Peel Estuary. We have submitted our expression of interest and should find out in a week if we have been succesful. Although it has a smaller rear garden it has its own quay side onto the canal. 3 of the 4 beds are upstairs so at least the children will be upstairs with us which is more comforting to know. The house is on its own island with about 10 other houses and lots of vacant plots of land. see the picture where the red arrow is !!

Have been on the beech with the trucks and a couple of Rich's work collegues - dont know if i previously mentioned but here there are beeches that you actually drive on, we took some sausages and dips and had a bbq out the bakc of the trucks - was lovely - Finn amused himself with their 9 month old retreiver - 'Roxy'
