Well miles of walking didnt help - i am still here fit to pop. My friends offered to give me a baby shower, which i thought a bit daft when we have 3 in our house already !! I was picked up and taken to one of my friends homes where they had laid on a lovely evening of games and food. I had never been to a baby shower before and was given so many gifts from each of the girls, it really was a lovely evening.

It would appear the aussie sunshine is good for Richards brains, he has now officially finished all his 20 exams in advanced statutes and advanced procedures. He has received his 2nd promotion in less than a year, he now has 2 stripes on each shoulder and is known as a 'Senior Constable'. I do remind him that he is approaching mid 30's and that this is a fitting title for him !! A senior constable here is very much like a sgt in the uk, although his stripes havent arrived yet he was promoted from date of last exam.
