Tis Mothers day down here we had a lovely day lunch on the foreshore while Finn had a kick around with his ball, and i was taken out for a nice meal in the evening.

Had a great result at school this week and no tears !!!! certainly makes it easier for us.

We are now approaching end of autumn and weather is still great, not quite late 30's any more but still averages mid 20's we do get more rain these days and beleive me when it rains it really rains - but quite sensibly most of the raining happens at night !! there are also some awesome tropical thunder and lightening displays and being so close to the sea get a great show out of one of our windows.

the rain is good though - the ground needs it but you do wonder if there is any point in wearing any flip flops when you may as well go without !!! we still live in them - havent unpacked any proper shoes yet !!
