Today we were starting our journey to hoi'an so I was super excited! Hoi'an is supposedly incredibly beautiful with lovely beaches and a chilled back atmosphere. The architecture is supposed to be really lovely and French looking so I'm excited to get some snaps with my camera! The laundry i left into the apartment yesterday was not done, and they said collect it at 12. It was supposed to be done yesterday so I was slightly miffed off as I had to say goodbye to jonny as he is heading back to the states while I'm in hoian. I waited and collected my washing which I was so thankful of because I was seriously running out of clothes! I then hoped on the 4 bus and headed to joma cafe before my stomach started eating itself internally. I Had fruit, yoghurt and granola which was mega tasty. After breakfast and chatting to the family I headed to central backpackers and called for jonny. I gave him a hug and told him how awesome it was meeting him and we'd defo meet up back in the states again!
I headed to the lounge and Aiden and his friend Daniel were hanging out. We chilled for a couple of hours and watched running man on the big screen. Five o'clock came and it was time to make my way to meet Luca and flo for our journey to hoian! I said bye to Aiden and Daniel and told them I'd see them next Tuesday. I grabbed my bag and hoped on a moped to hanoi backpackers. While I was waiting on the dudes an American couple called Shannon and chris invited me to join them. Chris spotted the dave Matthews symbol on my bag and we got chatting for ages about how awesome he is! Shannon had even seen him at the gorge. Lucky girl. Luca and flo turned up and I said bye to the Americans and we headed to the travel agents . After an hours wait our sleeper bus turned Up. It Didnt look too bad! A recliner bed , a little blanket and a pillow! We took up our positions at the back and crawled in. We chatted for an hour or so until it got to around 9am then we tried to sleep. The Road was so bumpy and crazy I kept waking up during the night and wanting to tell the driver to slow down! After dozing in and out of consciousness for a few hours I finally faded around 12. Another 12 hours to go!
