Hello Hello! I'm a bit slow on the old updating this week sorry! Haven't been off visiting anywhere so nothing exciting to report! I guess we've all settled completely now with our everyday routines... but we're in NY so it's all good! Ok, so last friday i went out with some girls to a club called Duvet. It's basically a bit of a plush club with huge beds everywhere, each with a champagne bucket. You have to pay extra to get a bed, but as it gets later people end up on them whatever. It was a bit expensive, but they played some good music so had a nice dance! Didn't get to bed till gone 5am, then was up at 9 the next day! It was a beautiful day and I didn't want to miss it, so I got up and went to my rock in Central Park and had some quality alone time. It was sunny and warm and perfect. I stayed there until I literally could not stay awake, then headed home, sleeping on the train back, then sleeping when i got in! Sunday I spent with Vicky and Helena, we had planned to go to Brooklyn, but we slept in late, and it was raining. So we went down to Pier 17 instead, near the WTC site. It's a lovely little harbour type place. Will be gorgeous there in the Summer. That evening me an Dan cooked a very scrummy Shepherds Pie which fed Vicky too! Nice home cooked meal - definitely did some good! Work this week had been very quiet... to the point that a fair few of us needn't really have been in..! Yesterday we (work) went to a party at a music house just round the corner from us. The place is really nicely done, nicely designed with great looking music studios. My first industry event! Listening to the others though it wasn't one of the good ones! But that's ok, I have an idea what they are like now! This weekend a lot of my friends have visitors so I'll go see my cousin in Queens.
