Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later. I was getting some peanut butter and the boat took a leap and threw me across into the chart table. I hit it hard with the left side of my back, about mid way up. I don't think I broke anything but it sure does hurt. My physical ability has certainly been downgraded.

The wind started out good this morning but has decreased during the day and is now down to nothing. The engine is on again after 3 good days of sailing.
