We had our first decent storm today. We had to put the 2nd reef in the main and take in the Genny completely, which was very difficult to do. The mizzen sail is no longer in play since it was ripped to shreds by the wind. Fortunately, we don't need the mizzen. With all that done, the boat is once again manageable. The rain has come down pretty hard at times but hasn't lasted long. Fortunately, we have coverings over the cockpit which keeps us from getting soaked while at the helm.
