@Woke up nice and naturally at half 9, got dressed then got some breakfast - cereal and toast! Went into a nice clothes shop and looked round there, got some cheap sandals bturesisted the clothes I wanted but didnt need! Went into Travel Bugs to catch up on blogs - keep slipping behind! Was in tehre a while doing that, James had spoken to Bucko who said I should go in and see him on Monday .... that king of sucked because it meant 4 days of hanging aorund, not working and not knowing - was feeling ready to move on from Airlie so didn't want to be hanging around if nothing were to come of the job! Went back to Nomads and met 3 girls from Essex who had moved into my room. I went and got some lunch then sunbathed by the pool and read my book which was lovely. When I found myself chasing the sun and avoiding the many shadows of the trees I headed back insdie and got chatting to the Essex girls. Two of them had been travelling and the third was out visiting for a few weeks and this was her last night! After chatting to them for a while I went and made myself some pasta for dinner then went back to the room and got showered and dressed, ready to go and meet Tayo, mup Mup, Matt, Hans and James who had just finished two days on the Clipper, the ig party boat, and were having their afetr boat drinks at Phoenix. Said the girls should come with me but 2 of them didn't want to. Managed to convince one of them though, Jenna, so we got ready and went down! Glad she had come with as when I got here I couldn't see any of them. It was only 7.30 but thought that we'd have to be there if we wanted free drinks! Chatted to Jenna for ages then we got in on some free pizza when the guys turned up. Jenna saw a couple of girls she knew and I caught up with the biys - sounded like they had a crazy time!! Everyone in Phoenix had been on the boat together so it was a good atmosphere but me and Jenna felt a bit out of place - wasn't too bad but we decided we'd head to Beaches. On the way we passed a Busker and I ended up singing along with him and Jenna reeled in the crowds. We were a good team and the busker gave me $5! It was good fun! After that we decided we would just head back. The other girls were still up so chatted for a bit then fell asleep!
