Got up and realized I had left a bikini, my jeans and my trackies hanging up in the wardrobe at Base!! Luckily they were right where I left them - phew! On the way back, Tom was stood outside Travel bugs (the guy that works there) and said he had been hoping to see me - he had spoken to the boss who said he was interesting in trialing me! Decided it was worth a go so booked in to work from 12-2 the next day! Was quite exciting and nice to feel I was getting somewhere. Went back to Nomads to get changed then went down to the lagoon to meet the guys. Chilled out there, read my magazine while they spent a very long time discussing the football! Thought that was just a boy stereotype but apparently not! Most of the guys headed back pretty early but I stayed with James and Mup Mup and sunbathed a bit longer then we went for a swim :-) Headed back to the room when it started to get chilly and got showered and changed.Chilled out in my room for a bit then went to Travel Bugs to check my e-mails. 3 girls from England - Emma, Helen and Sarah had moved into my room - didn't know then that they would be the girls I became closest to, along with Amy who turned up the next night! Anyway, I got chatting to them a little and they offered for me to go out for dinner with them. I was so tempted as they seemed lovely but had said I would meet the guys so went to the boys room but it was only the weird Ava guy and Matt so went back to my room and chilled with the girls. They had previously stayed in a room with Ava so understood! Whent he girls went for dinner I went back to the boys room (couldn't afford to eat out again really) and everyone was in there, including a new couple, Vivi and Stihan. They were really lovely and had just set a date for their wedding! Was really nice to have Vivi there, another girl at last! Realized how much I'd missed a girls company though and I dont know why but I felt teary, just one of those things!! So when the boys all went to meet the others for pre drinks a Magnums I stayed with Vivi and we had a little chat which made me feel better. Vivi, Stihan and I went down to Beaches for a few drinks which was lovely, met some other girls Vivi and Stihan had met earlier in the day and then the guys turned up and the girls from my room! Turned out to be a really good fun night, lots of dancing in Beaches with the girls... wanted to stick with them but lost them so ended up being with all the guys again! Wish I had got the girls numbers as they were heading to Mama Africas while me and the guys hit McDonalds and then stood outside someones room at Magnums for a bit and then went back to the boys room. Dexter and Dan had found out that day that they had totally messed up their travel plans so were getting a really early flight to Sydney, which sucked for them so they had to pack. It was late and there was a spare bed, ended up staying in there as I was planning to spend the day with Vivi and Stihen anyway, didn't sleep very well as someone snoored like crazy so when the guys got up I hadnt felt like I'd had much fo a rest at all!
