I was absolutely infuriated this morning when I went to get my new headphones that I had left by the door within easy reach to start cleaning, and they weren't there- cleaning in such a messy hostel means you need some sort of distraction. I was ranting to Alice and she asked me if they were black and blue, pointing out to Mo's bed which had them plugged into his phone… grrr!

This evening me and Alice went with a couple of people from work and Billy, the night porter from the hostel, to see Monsters University at the cinema. Amanda was supposed to go, and had brought a ticket, but had had to go to the medi-centre as she was feeling unwell (I'm not sure what was wrong) so Alice and Billy had to get Billy's ticket from her before, and so turned up later than me, Dane and Aaron, who had had to rush off from work. It wasn't as good as the first one, but still very funny, although it would probably be too long if you were a little kid. They had a cardboard cut-out thing where you could have your photo taken with Sully and Mike outside, so me and Alice got our pictures taken and we got some mini cardboard cut-outs.

Billy went into the Bottle shop, so me and Alice decided we'd hide from him behind some pillars and then jump out at him and scare him with the monster cut-outs, but he started walking back to the hostel, so we ran after him, hiding behind cars as we did so- he still didn't notice us!
