Just because we are traveling doesn't mean we can leave out school and chores. We have been doing home schooling, in other words world schooling. For chores we do table cleaning and the dishes, occasionally taking out the trash. When we were in Santa Teresa only I did the dishes, but now me and Levi take turns doing dishes. On my days off from dishes, I clean the table at every meal, same with Levi, when its my dish day Levi does the table. Noah does the cleaning of the table every day. In world schooling, we don't have any uniforms to wear or any certain time to wake up in the morning which is very nice, we can sleep in as long as we want. World Schoooling is 2 hours and 30 minutes, (sometimes shorter sometimes longer.) For school we have three work books, math, language arts, and Spanish. The first subject we do to start school is math, and after we are done with two pages of our math workbook we do Xtramath on the computer. Xtramath helps you learn all the addition, subtraction, times tables, and division problems from one to nine so that if you were to do a problem you would know the start of it in less than a second. After math class, we do our language arts and from there we do Spelling, on Mondays we get a spelling list, and on Fridays we have a spelling test, after spelling we do Spanish. Our Spanish class is just a few pages of our Spanish workbooks and then a little Spanish vocabulary review with mom. When we are done with Spanish it is 10 o'clock snack, sometimes we have smoothies and sometimes we have nachos, it all depends on what we have on hand at the moment. While we eat our 10 o'clock snack we watch a science show on You Tube We like a lot of science shows so its hard to choose which one to watch We like: Finding Stuff Out , Steve Irwin Crocodile Hunter, Cyberchase, and Sid the Kid. I like Finding Stuff out and Cyberchase the most. Another science activity is looking up a creature we just saw. Occasionally we read, but when we don't read we end school.
