I took piano lessons at a school called Tide Acadamy. I took a private lesson and a group lesson. My teachers name was Katya, she was a nice lady. I enjoyed my piano lessons on Wednesdays. Tide Acadamy was on the way out of town, so we took a taxi or the bus. On my first piano lesson, I took a taxi to get there with dad, and took the bus with mom to get back. The total time I would be at Tide Acadamy every Wednesday was five hours, including transportation. The reason it took that long was because I had my private lesson and group lesson in the same afternoon on the same day. My private lesson was from 12:30 - 1:10pm and my group lesson was from 2:30 - 4:30pm. In between classes, I would play video games on my tablet, write in my journal, or draw. On the first day, dad stayed with me in between my class. Right across the street from Tide Acadamy there is a huge super market. The super market is called Auto Marcado It's was one of the biggest stores I've seen on our trip so far. Anyway, dad stayed with me in between my classes on my first day. Me and dad went to Auto Marcado, dad said I could get a yogurt drink, so I got a peach yogurt drink and dad got a coke, we were both hungry so we also got cheese puffs. We enjoyed the food outside in the shade. After my belly was filled, me and dad went back across the street to Tide Acadamy for my group lesson. In my group lesson, there was one girl named Icol who is from Japan, and there was also a boy who speaks Russian, Spanish, French, and English! There were a few more kids but I don't really know mush about them. Maya joined the class on my third lesson (Maya is Nicci's daughter whom mom met on facebook). During the two lessons Maya was in the class, me and her would chat while we waited for our group lesson to start. Occasionally, when mom picked me up from my class she would have a treat waiting for me from Auto Marcado. Once mom picked me up from class and she had a doughnut that came with her coffee, she gave the doughnut to me, of course. Another time she got a yummy apple thing from Auto Marcado to split with me. And then one time she got a nutella filled croissant, yum delicious. It was a little of a surprise, because my piano teacher Katya told me to forget everything I learned in my previous year of piano. Katya had her own method of teaching piano. Katya told me about this piano app called Music Tutor, on my first day, the app helps you learn your notes.
