A day in Tamarindo is simple, when we all wake up its breakfast time. Every other day is pancake day! After breakfast we start school which lasts two and a half hours at the most. We often go to the beach, the first day we were at Tamarindo we took a route that took you all around the city just to get to the beach! But luckily, one day me and dad were going to the store, and dad saw a road, he had an idea that might be a road leading to the beach, and it was! it was much much shorter than the one we had taken before.
We lived in a two story condo, it was really small. Every day, Levi, Noah and Lucas and occasionally me, all scream at the top of our lungs when we play games, it irritates my parents so much in such a small place. Levi has a very loud and obnoxious growl, it sounds just like a lion or tiger or even a bear.
There is a little change in our lives when we lived in Tamarindo, it was an English speaking church. There wasn't an English speaking church in Santa Teresa, but there were Spanish speaking churches, which we never went to. The church was a small community, if I were to estimate the amount of people who went to the church, I would say about fifty. We got to go to the church for four Sundays, because we were only in Tamarindo for a month. The church had a children's ministry and an adult ministry. I liked the church, in the children's ministry we watched a bible video then played games that were a little similar to the videos we just watched. The church was called Tamarindo Church, on our last day mom bought a tank top that said Tamarindo Church, Costa Rica, the shirt was gray/blue with a cross on it.
A normal lunch was similar to our lunches in Santa Teresa, quesadillas, grilled cheese sandwiches, Raman soup, and beans. Mom made black beans half way through the month we lived there, I didn't really like them though, but I still ate them occasionally. Speaking of food, every day we ate breakfast, then we can't eat until ten o'clock snack, after ten o'clock snack we can't eat until lunch, and after lunch we can't eat until three o'clock snack, and then after a few hours we eat dinner.
Our condo was on the 3rd story and there are no elevators! After a while, I got used to climbing up the stairs every day. At our condo, we also have a pool, we don't swim as often as we did in Santa Teresa, because our pool is three flights of stairs down. The condo has three bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large bean bag chair and a fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms our on the second story, and the TV sofa and kitchen are on the first story. I share a room with Levi, Noah, and Lucas. Our bedroom has a balcony, I like to dry off in my smimsuit and sit in a chair on the balcony.
