Ahh nice picture of me and the city of Jinan at night! We went up Thousand Buddha Mountain last night, it was lovely! Was a shame that I couldn't see it in the day-time, but to be honest, with the sky quality here I probably wouldn't have seen much! But it was great to see the whole city, I'd never realised quite how HUUUGE it is! Was nice to get away from the constant honking though, and just take some time to chill out! Was rather impressed with my effort of climbing up it, after a full weekend of teaching... not an easy task for Miss Unfit 2010 here! Definitely need to improve my fitness when I get back to the UK...! Especially if I want to go back and do karate during the holidays!!

This weekend was a really good one, even the devil-children class wasn't too bad. Although I suspect that was more to do with the fact 3 of the worst children weren't IN the class that day.. but I was happy! Had to say goodbye to TWO of my students over the weekend which was NOT fun :( But I got a picture of them both, and I'll be adding those to the "goodbyes" album! Silly kids going on holiday before I leave!! Oh well.

Spent most of today in the office, Paul's in Shanghai so I'm all alone! I've been looking up all of my readings for the new year at Uni though, so it's been nice and constructive! Now that we don't have summer school, there isn't much for me to plan beforehand, so it's pretty relaxed :) This weeks schedule is nice, I've got 3 Oral English and my normal classes, and then my only addition is 2 'Review Classes' that we hold for kids who have missed their regular weekend classes due to holidays etc. That's going to be a bit manic, as there'll be kids who've missed different things, and everyones going to be in different places!! But hey ho, it can't be too hard :)

I'm currently MELTING in this office, so I shall sign off! Then I can retreat to my lovely air conditioned flat haha :) Probably have a nice relaxed evening, get some Huckleberry Finn read...! See, even in China I'm getting myself organised ;)
