I.Am. Knackered.

My god, today just seemed to go onnnn and on! Got up way earlier than I needed to be, as I had arranged a Skype date with a certain boyfriend. However, he decided not to show up. Me thinks he was a little too tipsy! Ah well. Not the best start to the day but it did give me the chance to finish off my England presentation for the summer school kids this afternoon. That went slightly better than yesterday, but i'm glad it's over...!

Then everything seemed to just slow down... the day has completely dragged. My evening classes were pretty awful too, but they always are. The kids are always WAY hyped up (goodness knows what their parents feed them before bringing them here) and they aren't interested in learning! Was so thankful when it got to 8.10! Now back at the apartment, planning to not do very much at all, get a relatively early night as the weekend is the rush asw they say! Up at 8am... looovely.

We had a bit of a problem with getting tickets for Beijing too, went to the ticket office and they'd closed early!! Hoping to try and get them tomorrow.. but if not, we'll just have to wait a week!

Feeling very lazy so think I'm just going to kick back this evening. Haven't been out to the city at night recently, but i've just been so tired! I reckon that has a lot to do with the lack of substantial meals though. The meals here are all so little... what I wouldn't give for Dad's shepherds pie....!

Mmm. I do have potatoes... might make myself some mash :) Very oriental!
