We are still staying at Murchison House Station just out of Kalbarri, and this morning Gadi left early to check out the nearby national park, with its gorges and canyons and Cadbury and I chilled at our campsite.
I sat outside under the awning relaxing in the dappled sunlight, reading and playing scrabble on my iPad and then watched a movie.
Gadi got back early afternoon and ended up going to town to buy some fresh caught fish and watch the sunset (with a nice glass of red) at the surf beach and then just cruised around town exploring the shops and residential areas before catching the last rays of sun behind magnificent clouds at the jetty before heading back to our campsite to cook our red lipped emperor and some roasted veg on the weber.
Another lovely day on our travels. Now it's pitch black outside and it's looking like it will rain. We will stay here another day and leave this area on Thursday after the rain. We don't want to attempt the dirt roads in the campsite or the four kilometers out to the main road if it gets too slushy and muddy.
Night night xx
