This morning was the day the Aubry family headed home, I have spent so much time with these guys over the past 2 weeks it was sad to say goodbye and after they had left it was a little weird to not have them around.
This is the point I would like to say thank you so very much to all of you guys for spending so much time with me and accepting me into the family and the family holiday even when Chelsea was not around, I had the time of my life and you made it so easy for me to stay in London and watch Chels at the Olympics. I appreciate everything you guys have done for me and I hope I have represented Australia well.
After everyone left I had a quick nap Chels came over and we took the car back luckily with no damage even with the sometimes confusing roads!! We went into greenwich and had breakfast, we then headed on the ferry into London as Chels had not really seen any of the main attractions yet. We just walked around and had a look followed by some beers and a lay down in the park!!
We walked down to the local pub and had dinner before walking to the o2 arena to watch the gold medal game between France and the USA, the USA were in charge the whole game and won easily. The Australians picked up the bronze with Chels team mate in Australia Kristi Harrower having a great game. After the game we walked home and had a well deserved snooze.
