Time just flies away, tomorrow we have been away from Sweden in a month and on friday we have been in Edinburgh for a month. The conclusion of our stay here so far must be that we love this town. We feel like home now and have found places we like to go to and we now know were we want to go with our visitors! And our first visitor wil arrive already next Friday and its a awaited one! My mum is coming YEEAAAAAAHHH! So the time can fly away so its the 14th as soon as possible!

This Monday me and Rikard went to Portobello which is a part of Edinburgh at the sea with a beautiful beach. Therefore we strolled on the beachwalk and enjoyed to see all the joyful dogs running around in the sand. When we were back home I was asked to jump in and help to take some mails for Nelly.com. Quite a calm day.

Yesterday I had class and learned about the Scottish Framework of how to build better cities. They can learn a lot from Sweden, just saying. Then I went home and studied before I went to Julia for a cup of tea. Its kind of funny when you meet someone that you are so similar with. We think the same way, we like the same things (the only thing we disagree in is that I like cheese and she doesn't) and act the same way in different situations.
Rikard was out with his colleagues from the casino and they seamed to have a lot of fun!

Today I have had another lecture in Scottish Culture and Society and learned about the Act of Union in 1707 when England and Scotland became one. I just have to say, I know I am an international student and english is not my native language but the teachers do not have to treat us like children. Soooooo weird. "Have you done your homework? Was it hard for you to understand the English? Do you need some extra help to understand what the meaning of it is?" NO THANK YOU!

This week we have also booked tickets to one of my favourite bands Bombay Bicycle Club who has a concert in Glasgow! Here is a link so you see what it is:

That was our first days of this week and tomorrow I have lessons again about Building Services and som Ceilidh classes and Rikard is going to the casino for some more introduction!
