Yes that photo is of Mt Everest, it's the peak on the left. Hopefully we don't have that many clouds when we go to view Everest.

Well once the noise died down we had a pretty good sleep, still coughing badly though. It didn't seem like it would be a loud place due to it's position down a laneway.

We stayed in the room for a bit and listen to some podcasts and what was going on outside.

When we eventually left, and went back to the restaurant we went to yesterday,
We ate and drank for $3.50, fantastic. We then went back to the hotel, and used their computer and did some reading of our trek preparation notes. They have FB here so it was good to catch up on that business.

We then went out and hit the streets or dirt streets here. Off the main roads the steers are pretty banged up. I'm coughing pretty bad too because of the airborne dust. They're cool streets though could really spend some time exploring these streets. We did some price research for tomorrow at map and trekking shops. We spent the whole afternoon out and about it's a cool place.

On the way back to the hotel Kim got some cash out and we did some snack shopping again.

The hotel was out of power again second time now. So we went out into the garden and listen to Gervais and ate some chocolate.

The power came on around 7pm and we just watched some tele. Kim's twilight was on and my Indian jones. We went out and picked up some beers and nuts before Nissa and Jordan to arrived.

Their here!! We have some company!!
Good to see some familiar faces and English. We had some beers and chatted for a couple hours before we let them get some rest. They had a long flight.
