Last day of trekking. Although it's been mega tough and testing at times it's been so so amazing and the best experience ever!! I don't want it to end but will be glad of the rest at the end. Pretty much flat and down hill walks today with small inclines at times. Some very steep and sharp drops as well which were horrendously scary! But at the final stretch there was such an amazing feeling all around everybody as we all walked to the finish line banner held up by the staff at the end. Big smiles and happy faces all around!! Once we were back at Sian's house we had a lovely final meal there and cracked open the beers and the rum. We're now all around the fire under the stars and about to set off some sky lanterns as it's Claire's - a lady on the trek with us - 58th birthday tomorrow so whilst we're all together we are having a celebratory party. It's wonderful. Met some incredible people here who will be sorely missed but hopefully we will meet again some day. :) xx
