Happy birthday to me... :)
Highlights of today have been:
* a much-needed sleep in (Mitch didn't wake until 11am - poor thing)
* a call from mum back home, was great to speak with you mum xx
* sitting at a pub which looks up at Edinburgh castle watching the wimbledon final (torn between Federer the 'great' and Murray the 'local')
* having a cocktail to celebrate
Sounds like a big day but has really been quite the opposite. After 4 weeks of very intense traveling, and a massive day yesterday, we've all hit the wall.
We leave tomorrow to head south and even the thought of packing and unpacking and packing again is too much for us to bare. We're contemplating heading straight back to Bernie's. Guess it will depend on how mitch (and therefore by association, 'we') go in the car tomorrow. It's a 7hr drive back without stops...
