Can't believe I have been travelling for 2 months - it feels like so much longer! Must be because I have done so much. Glad it hasn't gone the other way and flown by! So, got up this morning and went on Skype as I had planned to speak to mum. Waited for a while but she wasn't on so assumed she must have gone to bed. So I got some breakfast and went on the computer (trying to make the most of it as you've probably realised!), can't remember what i did but at about midday mum came on Skype! It would have been 3 in the morning so I was a bit confusd but she'd felt ill so woken up and thought she would check if i was on. So I spoke to mum for a while, Steph popped her head in too and they had a catch up, but we couldnt chat for too long as me and Steph were off to Movie World! I'd really been looking forward to going back and wanted to make sure we had enough time to do everything. Headed down the coast and the weather was awful - had been raining all morning but it was really heavy! Really hoped it would clear up but we decided we'd go anyway. There was a bit of traffic and it took us just over an hour to get there. When we did, it was still grey and a bit drizzly (still warm ofcourse!) but clearing up, which was good! We hoped with the weather not looking great the park would be quieter... and we were right!! Had such a good day there, it didn't rain again so we were really lucky and we got to do everything. Headed straight to Superman Escape and as we had to pay for a locker for it we thought we'd make the most of it and we went on it three times! Queued no longer than 5/10 mins each time and it was better than i remembered, i had forgotten how fast it was! So that was great, then we went to the Batman tower ride (Steph hadn't been to Movie World before) which was a bit of a let down again but not bad for no queue!! Last time I went there was another Batman ride which was closed, and i thought it was closed for good but it was back open so we got to go on that! Was exciting to go on a new ride which I hadn't been on last time and it was good fun, really well themed. We were in a group of about 15 (worked out it would be 80 on a busy day) and went into a big library while a girl set the backstory (big parade in Gotham city, then a news story comes through - big diamond has just been stolen, Catwoman, The Joker and Mr Freeze are on the loose having escaped the high security prison.... you get it!) then we went through to the batcave! Looked pretty cool and "Batman" was sat by a desk at the front watching a big TV screen. We, as police in training, watched on the screen as they explained about the prisioners and what had happened. Then Batman decided that the new batmobile flying vehicle thingys should be used imediately, and yep, we had to ride them! So we went in this simulator and flew round Gotham with Batman and ofcourse saved the day. Was a pretty bumpy ride but really good! Glad we got to go on it. After that we headed over to Main Street and looked around the shops, met some superheroes and had my photo taken with them and then met my favourite man, Batman! Got a photo of me and Steph with him which was cool, had to be done! We then treated ourselves to a ben and Jerry's Hot Fudge Sundae Waffle - so yummy but there was so much of it! Both felt pretty sick after! As we sat on the sidewalk and ate, the parade began! Had only caught the end of it last time, we got to see all the superheroes, the Loony tunes, Mystery Inc. etc, was a pretty standard parade but then all the Loony Tunes did a ance to I Got A Feeling which was really funny :-p If only I could get a job playing Lola bunny or something, would be great fun! Got to the point where I'd got to the parade last time and I knew it was pretty much done, so while everyone was crowded at Main Street we headed to the Scooby Doo coaster, which had the biggest queue last time. Was a good move as we got straight on! For some reason it seemed way scarier than last time, think I had forgotten that it was quite scary! Was great fun though and we asked if we could go straight back on and we could so we did that one twice :-D Then we went over to Lethal Weapon, really hoped it wouldn't hurt my head but it did :-( Tried tokeep it to one side so I enjoyed it more han last time, if it didn't have the stupid harnesses it would be such a good rollercoaster, probably one of the best I'd have been on. Steph's head hadn't got bumped around so while I waited she went on again as she'd loved it, but this time her head did hurt! She had sat on the side I had before so think it might be only on one side. Bit of a shame but didn't matter, again we didn't have to queue which was awesome :-D Headed round to the Wild Wild West for the last ride, the big log flume! No queue, hooray! Loved it, had somehow completely forgotten about the bit where you fall backwards so that caught me out! Had our macs on so managed not to get too wet, jumped a barrier or two and got straight back on for a second time! Really good log flume, have to say it beats Logger's Leap! Went for a quick look round the Loony Tunes world which I hadn't properly been into last time then we got back in the Super Steph van! Took a while to get home as we got lost looking for a petrol station, was so sleep though, theme parks take it out of you! Got back and had my last bit of spag bo with a jacket potatoe for dinner which was dead easy and really yummy! Then went online managed to catch my godmother Jill on Skype! Was lovely talking to her. Once I'd said bye and got ready for bed I made myself a chilled out playlist on Youtube and played that while I laid in bed and eventually fell asleep.
