Today we went to a market by Lake Victoria to buy some fruit for the staff at Nakanyonyi, but unfortunately the fruit took too long to arrive and we had to leave. Nevertheless, it was a really interesting place to see (and stunk of fish!)

We reached school hoping to do a quick drama project with the girls, but found out they were all too busy rehearsing for tomorrow's music and dance competition. Instead, we gave out some gifts to the girls, including dominos, bubbles and packs of cards. We taught them how to play a few card games (including our favourite - Pizza Head!) They got the hang of it really quickly and it became an exciting game with the four of us surrounded by a large group of girls eager to take part. They also taught us to play one of their card games, which was like a version of Uno...and Steph finally won! We also taught them how to play Sudoku, which was quite hard to explain, but a few of the girls seemed to really enjoy it and were still playing when we left.

At lunch we went into town, as the girls were wrapped up in their rehearsals and we're really looking forward to seeing the performances tomorrow! We went to Source Cafe for lunch, where Imogen was convinced we were sitting next to Andy Serkis. We soon discovered it definitely wasn't him .

After lunch we went shopping for traditional Ugandan craft items for our family and friends. We hope you will all like your gifts!

For dinner we arranged to meet up with Joseph and his wife Sarah at 2 friends. We ended up sitting at the same table as last time where the mouse was, but luckily this time we didn't experience any animal related traumas. Whilst waiting for Joseph and his wife Sarah to arrive, we all found it hilarious when Mrs Wimblett told the waitress we were still waiting for our '2 friends', not realising the pun! Following a delicious meal we taught Joseph and Sarah Pizzahead as well! Joseph understood the game quite quickly and was such a good sport, laughing when he was losing. It was a wonderful evening and we enjoyed spending time with Joseph and Sarah so much.
