We woke up this morning bright and early at 4.30am (!) and after getting dressed jumped in the bus and headed for the National Park. We trundled along in the dark for 1 and half hours until we reached the 'ferry' (which incidentally was a big metal raft with an engine). We had to wake up really early today to begin our 4 hour journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Despite the long journey, we were thrilled to see that our minibus had large comfy seats (which were actually facing the way the vehicle was going - yippee!) Today was our last day in Jinja and so we decided to spend the day making the most of our last moments here. In the morning we went to the 'Nile Resort' for an all too brief relax in the sun and swim in the pool.
