The couple we met at Wallaman falls told us about this place, we stopped off and found the creek. Indeed the lady was right due to the limestone the water was really blue, was really beautiful, but smelt a little odd though. It is set on a rest area and there were many caravans parked. Took a stroll past the park vans and that's where we found the creek. We didn't stay too long before hitting the road again.

Another amazing place, with great waterfalls, lots of rock formations. I got talking to this German guy that we met the day before and he recommended that we should come this way as it was on route, so decided to stop and take a look. When we got there we walked around and then to the top and took some pictures. Ed took a swim in the lagoon part of the waterfall. I gave it a miss as it was freezing. Was again a spectacular view and worth the visit.

This has to be my favourite place so far in Australia. The waterfall was about 305m and it was spectacular! The way it fell looked the like water dripping down and then it looked like it was just evaporated away , formed clouds near the bottom and then water at the bottom, really amazing place. We stayed overnight at the campsite and met an older couple in their seventies that had come over on the £10 POM was really interesting just listening to their stories...

Halifax is where the first Italian settlers settled, but it was a dead quiet town, a few Italian restaurants but that was about it, needed some sort of tumbleweed to fly though….it's weird how these old towns looks like something out of an old western American film. This is our last destination of the day, seemed forever to get there and ended up getting there when it was quite dark.We dropped off the other traveller that was with us and then drove around trying to find somewhere for the night.
